Vaccinations in pediatric patients with autoimmune inflammatory rheumatic diseases

The general aim of this project is to study the safety and efficacy of childhood vaccinations, focusing on the live attenuated vaccine types, in a cohort of children with auto immune rheumatic diseases, with or without treatment of their underlying disease. Secondary aims include studying vaccine induced changes in the short and long-term disease activity, vaccine-related adverse events and long-term humoral and cellular immune-protection.
