Systemic and local immune mechanisms underlying atopic dermatitis and response to therapy

We will analyse skin and blood samples of atopic dermatitis patients, to look at both the local and the systemic immune mechanisms occuring during various therapies, focussing mostly on biologicals. We are planning to use tissue mass cytometry, (spectral) flow cytometry and (spatial) RNA sequencing to answer our research questions.
