Signaling pathways of mucin-bacterial interaction

Elucidate signaling pathways and proteins interacting with MUC1 and MUC13 caused by bacterial infection. To investigate these putative activated pathways that are involved in the inflammatory response to the bacteria. Furthermore, determine the function of TM mucins during inflammation and invasion.
