Prospective monitoring of antibody response following COVID-19 vaccination in patients with Down syndrome (PRIDE study)

Primary objective:
To assess the antibody response after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination in patients with Down Syndrome. 

Secondary Objectives:
To assess:

• Durability of the antibody response
• Mucosal antibody titers before and after vaccination
• The SARS-CoV-2-specific T and B cell response
• Adverse events
