Investigating the immunological mechanisms underlying Inflammatory Bowel Disease through the analysis of multi-omics datasets

The project has the goal to unravel the immunological mechanisms behind Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) by performing computational analyses of data gathered through techniques such as scRNAsq, bulkRNAseq and proteomics. This will hopefully lead to the discovery of biomarkers related to disease development and treatment response.
