Engineering CAR-T cell resistant to neuronal factor-mediated suppression in Neuroblastoma

This project will combine RNA-sequencing and mass Spectrometry data from neuroblastoma to predict neuronal factors that are likely to inhibit CAR-T cells. Further, compounds (e.g., neuronal inhibitors) will be identified that can synergize with CAR-T therapy and CAR-T cells resistant to neuronal factor mediated suppression will be generated and tested in in vitro and in vivo neuroblastoma models.
