An unbiased view on dendritic cells in AMD

To identify the molecular pathways associated with AMD to predict disease outcome and treatment response using a systems biology approach. To this end, molecular profiles of biological fluids and of blood mDCs, pDCs (rare cells), B cells, monocytes and T cells will be compared to each other and to age matched healthy controls that don’t have an ocular disease.
